How does Returns work?
If you have received the Wrong or damaged product, you can raise a return request in just 2 simple steps within 7 days of product delivery:
Step 1: Raise a return request through email at email@example.com
Step 2: Our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep.
In what scenarios, do I return the products?Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is because of :-
- Wrong product delivered
- Received damaged/defective product
- Packaging tampered or damaged before delivery
Note: Ayushcare will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
How long will the refund process take?
The refund will be processed within 5 - 7 Working Days from the date of cancellation of the product.
What is the mode of refunds?
IMPS/NEFT (Mode of payment may vary depending on circumstances)
