Return
Product must be returned to us within 5 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer.
Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material,
courier receipt, invoice & other papers.


Refund
Once the Product is received to our place successfully, AYUSHCARE.IN will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 4-7 working days.

 

How does Returns work?

If you have received the Wrong or damaged product, you can raise a return request in just 2 simple steps within 7 days of product delivery:
Step 1: Raise a return request through email at support@ayushcare.in
Step 2: Our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep or you've to ship the products to our place

(If the pincode is not available for return pickup or if there is no defect in the received item(s), then buyer need to ship the items to our location at his risk)

In what scenarios, do I return the products?

Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is because of :-
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Received damaged/defective product
  • Packaging tampered or damaged before delivery

Note: Ayushcare will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 business days of receipt.

How long will the refund process take?

The refund will be processed within 5 - 7 Working Days from the date of cancellation of the product.

Please note that, if the order is returned after dispatch we shall refund only the cost of the product not the shipping charges paid by buyer. (As the shipment is returing to our place, we have to bear the double shipping charges)

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, We shall refund the full amount that paid by the buyer.
