These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website www.ayushcare.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned and operated by SARVODAYAM MEDICALS INDIA PVT LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, or transacting on the Website, the user (“User”, “You”, “Your”) expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company.

10. PRODUCT INFORMATION
While the Company endeavors to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and related information, it does not warrant that such descriptions or content are error-free, complete, or current. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at the User’s own risk.
11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILMENT
All orders placed through the Website shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the User. The Company reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any order without assigning reasons.
Delivery timelines, if any, are indicative and non-binding. The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Risk in the products shall pass to the User upon successful delivery at the provided address. However, the Company shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the User or due to external factors beyond its control.
12. CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled solely prior to dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Given the nature of Ayurvedic, Siddha, and herbal products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered. However, exceptions shall be made in cases of incorrect or damaged products, subject to verification and in accordance with the Company’s refund policy.
Such claims must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by verifiable evidence, failing which the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain the request.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe; however, delays attributable to banking channels or payment gateways shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
The User shall inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any discrepancy must be reported within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so shall constitute deemed acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition.
15. PAYMENTS AND TAXATION
All payments shall be made through authorized payment channels. The Company shall not be liable for payments made to unauthorized persons or entities. Applicable taxes shall be levied in accordance with prevailing laws.
16. PRICING ERRORS
In the event of any pricing or typographical error, the Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been received.
17. SHIPPING INFORMATION
The User shall be solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
