Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Rx orders are dispatched after prescription verification.

Charges

Standard shipping is free for India orders above ₹999. Below that a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Undelivered orders

Orders returned to origin due to incorrect address or non-availability may attract a re-shipping fee.
