Returns Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are in used, opened or in damaged conditions.

Please note that, If we receive returns due to non delivery, or rejected by buyer, We shall refund only the cost of the product and not the shipping charges.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If the shipment returned due to the following reasons: - Clearance issues in the destination country - Delivery Exemption - Buyer rejected
We cannot refund the order as the shipment charges and return fee is liable to us.
After receiving the return shipment, we shall calculate the fee charged to us and then proceed refund after deducting the fee from the total order value.
