This expert blend includes equal parts of the following herbs, chosen for their warming and anti-inflammatory properties:

• Pushkaramoola (Inula racemosa)

• Vacha (Acorus calamus)

• Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

• Cedrus deodara

• Garlic (Allium cepa)

• Moringa (Moringa olifera)

• Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata)

• Sarshapa (Mustard seed)

• Kamsamara (Capparis aphylla)

• Tamarind leaf powder as medium for application 

These herbs are traditionally powdered for topical use and mixed with rice water or tamarind leaf juice to form a paste. When applied over joints or inflamed areas, it may help ease discomfort and reduce swelling 

🧴 How to Use

• Mix with enough rice water or tamarind leaf juice to form a smooth paste.

• Apply to the affected joint or muscular area.

• Leave on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse off gently.

• Suitable for external use only—do not use on open wounds or active inflammation

• Do not apply on broken skin, active redness, or wounds.
