• Shunti (Zingiber officinale) – 200 mg

• Maricha (Piper nigrum) – 50 mg

• Ela (Elettaria cardamomum) – 50 mg

• Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica) – 75 mg

• Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum) – 350 mg

• Rasona (Allium sativum) – 25 mg

How to Use:

• Adults: 10 ml, 2–3 times daily after meals
